you know, if i didn't know about the city museum, i'd just as well assume it had something to do with drunk driving.

Exploresaintlouis.com had an old press release giving this info, but when I called the museum operator she had no idea.

Water is heavy; tenants are wary.
Ask again in three or four years when Cementland is ready to open.
